Wanted to charge me $585 to drive 10 miles to my truck which was not on the side of the road. I clarified that it was not on the side of the road and that was just a call out fee nothing else. These people are here to make money and make money only. I would avoid at all cost.
What a joke. It took them 3 1/2 days to tell me they can't do an alignment on 16" wheels
ROAD SIDE SERVICE CAME OUT TO REPLACE A STARTER. MADE EVERY EXCUSE TO TOW IT TO THERE SHOP INSTEAD. TOW TRUCK DRIVER TOOK 3 HRS TO TOW IT BECAUSE HE COULDNT FIGURE HOW TO DISCONNECT DRIVE SHAFT. IN THE PROCESS, THREW OFF ALIGNMENT. ONCE TRUCK MADE IT TO SHOP, TOOK 3 DAYS TO REPAIR BECAUSE THEY HAD THE SAME ROAD SIDE SERVICE FAKE MECHANIC WORK ON IT. WITH THAT BEING SAID HE ORDERED THE WRONG UJOINT TO REPLACE THE ONE THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER MESSED UP. SOMEHOW IN THE MIX OF PUTTING THE STARTER ON, HEAD LIGHTS NO LONGER WORKED AND... read more
