This is a zero star rating: I had an unacceptable experience at Bee Kind Pediatrics. WHAT AN IRONIC NAME. My child’s vaccination record was not documented, and the office did not respond to my email to obtain this documentation. When I attempted to obtain the record in person, I was met with hostility rather than assistance. The lead of this practice walked by, averting her eyes ignoring me and told the front desk "This typically takes 5 business days" when I was able to get the record. No acknowledgement of their error. I'm a single mom on Medicaid. I can afford out of pocket, so I chose this option. Aside from traumatizing my son regarding a peanut allergy she was completely clueless about, she felt the need to shame me in front of him. Staff is incompetent. Pretty office though and in this town, I guess that's all that matters.

We’ve been going to Beekind for about 6 months now and I have nothing but great things to say about this practice. First, the space itself is absolutely stunning. With the calming colors and whimsical designs, it’s hard to believe you’re in a doctor’s office. The exam room is more like a play space that immediately put my child at ease. I had high expectations after our initial call, where we were promised personalized, responsive concierge care. Unfortunately, the reality was the opposite. I had to follow up multiple times for urgent matters like a rash and a stool sample that was never even processed—without anyone notifying me.
