Extremely long wait times. I came in for an appointment and after 50 minutes of my child not being seen, I actually started packing our things to walk out and leave, until the doctor finally showed up 🙄 but they sure are quick to cancel your appointment if you're more than 10 minutes late for reasons out of your control :)
Jessica is one of the rudest receptionist I have ever spoke with. No guidance and no help was provided During the last couple of times that I have called since the beginning of the year. My kids are new and not an established patient yet, and she has made it very difficult for the process to continue with Bee Healthy.
We followed Christina Navarro from her past location. Love her and would recommend Bee Healthy to anyone with a little. She's been seeing ours for about 5 or 6 years at this point.
