I want to express just how terrible my experience was at Behatloft. As a wheelchair user, I faced over 60 elevator outages, making it extremely unsafe. There was sketchy behavior in the building, and the leasing office took an incredibly long time to respond. The landlord, who owns several properties on the block, is not a good person. They've taken everyone who stayed there to court, and now the building is almost empty again as they move in new tenants, just raising the prices. The elevator is always broke they lie about how fast it will get fixed . Something always broke or not working in building . Poor management
The elevator is always down in the building . They treat the disabled people bad there . It’s a guy in the building that is disabled they haven’t accommodated him at all. We all have to walk the stairs everyday . Elevator would get fixed then back down 30 minutes later . No response from the office and they are completely rude especially Maggie .
