For one it’s too hectic downtown if you live down here, you’ll be an hours of traffic when there’s an event happening which is almost every day! As far as this place goes, everything is so raggedy n disgusting. The elevator breaks down for days at a time. people with pets are very inconsiderate and let their dogs piss in the elevator. If you’re wanting to pay for garage/basement parking, there’s a very steep driveway you have to go up and down. Most days there’s a big pool of nasty water in the basement.

I want to express just how terrible my experience was at Behatloft. As a wheelchair user, I faced over 60 elevator outages, making it extremely unsafe. There was sketchy behavior in the building, and the leasing office took an incredibly long time to respond. The landlord, who owns several properties on the block, is not a good person. They've taken everyone who stayed there to court, and now the building is almost empty again as they move in new tenants, just raising the prices. The elevator is always broke they lie about how fast it will get fixed . Something always broke or not working in building . Poor management
