Beres (the owner) replaced my AC unit and in less than 1 year the unit stopped working. I called several times and received a text that he would show up 4 days later, which they did not. I've been calling and texting ever since and have not received a response. The unit is still within the 1 year labor warranty. This is truly a shame as I like to give my business to small local companies but I clearly made the wrong choice. I'm beyond disappointed. I now have to spend more to fix the installation, furnace and compressor.
