Never in my life have I seen such an incompetent, befuddling, and utterly infuriating handing of an auction in my entire life. The only way I would have felt more insulted was if I was the child or spouse the deceased party's estate and not their grandson. No official ad posts? The only ad, on a glorified 90s web page that took 3 minutes to make and still felt like an insult, barely listed a week before the auction? Bee Gee realty is definitely the one you can get things accomplished 100%! They went above and beyond to help us find a home. As soon as one came on the Market we was notified by our realtor Bill. In the beginning we had been approved for an FHA loan but they make it impossible to find a home that qualifies to their standards and the payments are high.
