Tammy has been cleaning our house weekly for the last six years. I trust her when I'm not home. She does a great job and is really good at communicating if our (hers and ours) schedules changes. She's willing to modify what she does based on our plans (ie focus on first floor if we are having people over). We really appreciate everything she does for our family!
Friends stop by and compliment my hardwood floors! They want to know how I make them so clean and pretty. I tell them Tammy makes them clean and shiny

VERY DISAPPOINTED. The owner made appointment with me. Then on the appointed day,she was a NO SHOW. I WAITED 30 MINUTES,NO SHOW...NO COMMUNICATION. I called her establishment,left message on V.M. .Within a few minutes she responded by text,she was in Indianapolis (50 miles away) , and would not able to make it....tonight. I had made it clear I had time restraints. I was amazed at how quickly she could respond to my texts,of frustrations....but, didn't have professionalism enough to call and apologize...I HAD TO TRACK HER DOW... read more
