Everything was explained to me before the work began. They were kind and courteous. The carpets and furniture look great.
Work was done quickly and my sofa is clean and fresh. When I wasn't sure if it was quite clean the technician went back over the most heavily soiled area till I was satisfied. Technician was friendly and efficient. I will be hiring them to clean my carpets and area rug. I recommend their service.
