The staff here is always amazing.
No other car wash knows my name!!! I think that's great! I've come to this place for a long time. Even before the Sargent took over. (I've had a home in Westlake for 40 years!) This is by far the most friendly and listening group of attendants that I have utilized. In all the years that i've come to that location. I have never bought a membership because I absolutely did not want a sticker on my window!!! I've done that on my BMW and it's a disgusting mess! The people who work there are very nice to deal with and friendly.
Great clean at both Detroit Rd locations, but the crew at Dover is always so friendly & their smiles & waves seem way more genuine! Just had a conversation with Dennise & Kathy today - top notch customer service! Thank you!
