Problems Started out to be promising but fell apart. The director made several promises but did not keep word. Couldn't seem to get information correct. The worker assigned was nice enough but lazy and needed a work list every visit, even after five weeks. Worker quit but we had to call business to find out why worker did not show up. Never heard another word from the business; although we were promised an immediate replacement. I consider this to be patient abandonment. Cannot recommend.
