I recently purchased a mattress through the BedzzzExpress store in Pensacola, FL. The salesman there was fantastic. His name is Tracy and he was extremely pleasant and more than happy to answer any and all of the questions my fiancé and I had. He didn’t try to push us into something outside of our price range and tried to match us to a mattress that was in our budget. All in all he is an outstanding salesman. The service is incredibly patient here, they waited for me to try every bed until I was happy and never tried to up-sell us. Also, the store is very interactive with pleanty of examples and videos. Plus, they throw in extras like two free $100 pillows, free mattress pad and free sheets valued at $100 or $100 off. no other mattress store compets. if you find a better price, they refund 115% of the difference.

This place is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I purchased a mattress and box spring there, and when I got it home I found that it was too tall for me to get into. I immediately called the store and explained my problem. I was told that there was a smaller box spring that they could order for me, but I would have to pay an additional delivery fee. I was fine with this. They gave me a date of when it would be delivered...that day came and went without so much as a phone call. This happened three more times. When I would call to find... read more
