Had alternator replaced and after they put it on the charge light wouldn’t go off. They charged 2 extra hours to trace and still wouldn’t go off. Then the alternator wouldn’t charge again. Took it back was told it was under warranty. Vehicle sat at their lot for 9 days had to go there 3 times before they even looked at it. Then was told they couldn’t fix it that only Ford could check the computer if that was what was wrong. Refused to back up their warranty. Out $500 for nothing. Went here twice. First time was for what I was thought and was told was a fuel pump issue. Was price $750 dollars just for a fuel pump. That's not installed. Turned around and found one and had it put in elsewhere for less than $250. Took my truck there last week and had my front end checked and was told it was a wheel hub. Then was told the price just for the hub with a three year warranty $600. I called O'Riley's and asked there price and it was $257. Great job , reasonable price, and very friendly people.
Took in my HD2500 Chev in on 6/22/2016 for a muffler - my exhaust pipe was 3" - after they cut my muffler off - they didn't have the right one so they reduced my 3" pipe down to 2 1/2 inlet on the muffler, then welded the 2 1/2" outlet on the muffler into my 3" exhaust pipe. Saw it a couple of days later while showing my son and took it back in - the son in law said he would get the right muffler - take about 3 days - when I got home the guy that put it on called and said I told him it was ok for him to put it own - which wa... read more
