I got Sensus memtex mattress and a dining table + chairs at very good price from the Silverwater store. The customer service from the local staff was good enough when I bought. The problems started when it came to delivery, same as other people mentioned, I got my delivery delayed. so I cancelled my delivery and collected the items from the store. When we laid on the beds we got covered in dirt and dust. The place was filthy. I told the 3 staff the beds seriously needed a vacuum and they smiled. 45 mins later no vacuum had appeared and there were literally no other customers in the store. If you want to sell a bed make the place clean and put on a nice candle or something to give people a positive experience.
