Loud people all night :( no body respected quiet hours. No hot water for showers and outlet doesn’t work so we couldn’t charge our phones all three days. Told the front and the employee seemed like he doesn’t care and said there’s nothing he can do. I complained about the noise during quiet hours and the same employee said he will write a report but never did. I asked him twice and he didn’t care.

The people in the rooms were extremely loud throughout the night and morning and the staff couldn't help with enforcing quiet hours. Outlets in the rooms didnt work, so appliances couldn't be charged. Only the sinks had hot water, so showers ran cold as well. Good location, but overall a bad experience.

The hotel is a good hotel for the price, the bedrooms are okay and not dirty. The problem is that one morning, i wake up and i don’t have any clothes, my closet is empty. I go to the reception and ask, the lady, verry unpolite had a look and say she take a lot of time and then she said that they can’t do anything for me. I insist she said it’s impossible they took the clothes. And then someone in my room told me that she saw a staff member take my clothes. I go back talking to the lady.
