We recently bought a house and shifted to Melbourne from Sydney and while visiting rather well known home furnishings stores, I stumbled upon Bed and Dreams. It was the best thing that could have happened to a person doing up their new home!! What an absolutely amazing experience with a lovely lady Deborah who was so experienced, patient and supportive. Excellent customer service and great prices with unbeatable designs of gas lift beds !! I would highly recommend the store and the staff there !
Their actions are nothing short of thuggish. They have no respect for their customers, completely ignoring any requests for service. Despite offering a so-called 10-year warranty on the mattress, they can’t even be bothered to reply, let alone send someone for an inspection. It’s clear they don’t stand behind their promises.
Our shopping experience in store was excellent. Brian was incredibly helpful in helping us choose a mattress for our toddler and picking one that she would be able to grow with. Cannot recommend the team at watergardens high enough. Friendly and welcoming.
Came in yesterday to buy a whole bed suite,2 employees at the desk chatting away,no a knowledgment or no hello no nothing..well too bad because of that I took my $5000 elsewhere and got proper service and help straight when I walked in.
