I am very upset with the people who own or owned this place. For now it has closed its doors with keeping our money after we had bought two beds and mattresses and not received the furniture. To the people who owned Beds Direct we will be in contact with you soon to get our money. Thank you.
I should of read the reviews before I purchased anything. From my experience....not good at all! I ordered my mattresses a month ago I'm just now getting them and no completely entire. You would think if you have a company..you would know your products and inventory. When I finally got my mattresses, they were not the ones I ordered originally. I had to reorder because of close out. Oh well.. Live and learn. I should of stuck with Bob Mills!
Having to sleep on the floor cause the bed I ordered in June hasn't came in yet.
I would never recommend Beds Direct to anyone! I ordered a mattress set from them and was told it will be there 5-7 business days. That was May 21st, it's now June 9th and I still don't have it. Everytime I call I am told that it should be here anytime now! I keep getting excuses about the trucks, processing, the OTHER company...The problem is the owners of Beds Direct not knowing what's going on!! Had heard great things about this place, but ultimately I'm very disappointed. My husband and I walked in we weren't acknowledged, which they had a customer so we didn't think anything of it. We went to the front where there were 3 employees, and looked at some catalogs. Another couple came in and were immediately offered service. We stood up, nothing was said so we left, I guess we weren't worth their time.
Awesome place to shop for your home! Not only do they have beds, but also furniture at great prices! They also deliver which makes it super Convienent!
