Update. They hope it goes better next time. Mind you I spent $230 on two pillows they sent to the wrong address. Then they sent two to the right address telling me to donate them after my 3 days of use. I get home to the original package open on my front porch. Avoid this busines and shop elsewhere. Amazing service every time! Weve had our mattress for over half a year now and no issues! The most comfy luxury bed n the service and staff is amazing.

So happy with the bed we purchased a year ago! Also super pleased with the customer service. We also purchased pillows and Ben was super helpful in getting them the correct adjustment for us. 10/10 recommend BBD!
