Great service, high quality product, and all around good experience, highly recommended.
I came into the store and was met by an employee who helped me with my pillows. He was very informative and pleasant to work with. Before I left I had a conversation about a bed that I bought in 2017 and he was very patient about the options that could be done to improve my bed! We absolutely love our mattress from Beds by Design! It’s incredibly comfortable, and we’ve noticed we fall asleep much quicker since getting it. We also got the cooling mattress pad, and it is wonderful! Dylan was fantastic to work with—knowledgeable, helpful, and never pushy. We loved our mattress so much that when my parents started looking for a new bed, Beds by Design was our first and only stop for them.
