I contacted the vendor who sold me the blinds for my new home three years after one of the blinds failed and I needed to replace it. The vendor didn’t return my call for several days and then not again for 10 days i decided to go to Beds & Blinds to see if I could get a replacement from them. They came the next day measured and promised delivery in 3 to 4 weeks but the better news was the difference in price was $370 from the original vendor and $170 from Beds & Blinds. They did a great job! The ordering process was easy. The measurements were spot on. The installation was flawless and completed quickly and without any mess. The shades are gorgeous! We love them. Highly recommend Beds & Blinds.
