Bedrock was the third company we reached out to for water mitigation services for water damage. We're processing a claim through our home insurance. We're really glad we found them. So far they have been empathetic, very considerate of our home, communicative and have kept their word. Up to this point we have used them for the drying out process. A friend recommended Bedrock Restoration to me after my house caught fire on 10/31/24. They are great to work with. No pressure, full of information and resources. The insurance company adjusters were impressed by how they worked to prevent any further damage and still keep the area as it was for insurance investigators to come and do their job. Bedrock was a lifesaver for our home mitigation and restoration project. After we found some water damage, they came immediately (the mitigation team was FABULOUS!) helping us along the way, educating us on the next step of the process, and ensuring everything was perfectly dry and safe. We called Bedrock today regarding newly noted water damage. They had their crew out within the hour. Austin & Alex were very professional & honest. They kept us informed throughout the process. They then brought in their plumber Tyler who was also very knowledgeable. Unfortunately there is a lot more damage than expected but we feel we are in really good hands.
