Bedrock was the third company we reached out to for water mitigation services for water damage. We're processing a claim through our home insurance. We're really glad we found them. So far they have been empathetic, very considerate of our home, communicative and have kept their word. Up to this point we have used them for the drying out process. We were extremely pleased with Bedrock Restoration when we had water issues. Caitlin did an excellent job of coordinating the project and communicating with us throughout the mitigation project. The Project Manager, Adan, was knowledgeable, organized, easy to work with and genuinely cared about our property. A friend recommended Bedrock Restoration to me after my house caught fire on 10/31/24. They are great to work with. No pressure, full of information and resources. Bedrock was a lifesaver for our home mitigation and restoration project. After we found some water damage, they came immediately (the mitigation team was FABULOUS!) helping us along the way, educating us on the next step of the process, and ensuring everything was perfectly dry and safe. We have had a great experience with all of the Bedrock staff we’ve worked with, both on the water remediation side and rebuild side. They have been super responsive, starting with showing up immediately after we found water where it doesn’t belong and through their daily checks on the status of the water.
