Avoid this facility if there is a mental health concern or a dual diagnosis as they cannot or will not perform a DSM or psych evaluation. Spent 21 days in inpatient and no evaluation. We did get a bill for 6300 for the first 3 days of treatment.
Can someone please provide me with a case manager's email? None of your facilities email address listed online are valid. I keep getting bounce back emails. I was at your facility seeking inpatient services for mental health/psychiatry, and my case manager still has not sent anything over as promised to the Plymouth District Attorneys office. I came to Bedrock on 28 April 2025 after struggling with addiction and alcohol abuse for many years. It was my third recovery. I didn’t have much hope that this one would work. I arrived. high sick and with a hangover. The intake process was simple enough and as soon as I got to the detox unit nurse Linda gave me medication to help with the detox. As a recent patient/resident at the Bedrock treatment center I have to say that my day was absolutely amazing, invaluable! All of the staff in particular, the clinicians and the nursing department should all be applauded for their excellent service.
