Bedrock was truly a great experience to gain early recovery tools. Detox nursing were awesome. They always explained what medication was what and how it could/would affect me. Residential was as a great experience for me. Most techs actually have been through the program/recovery so they actually understand and care about you. The nursing up here was great as well. So first of all I was almost miss dosed THREE separate times by nursing. I only wasn’t cause I caught it each time because I am very careful what I take however if it was done to the wrong person with the wrong meds they can literally KILL someone. To do that 3 different times in 3 wks is crazy, probably the worst thing that a nurse can do is misdose someone. Update: 7/1/26 - My payments for this treatment were randomly and without notification increased to over $7000 from $2300. My payments are set to go out on the first of the month. Last month, my debit card expired and I paid 1 day late. This month, today 7/1, they defaulted my payment plan to collections at 3AM today. It is still the 1st of the month. How is this legal??? My favorite ATS/CSS treatment facility I’ve ever been to(a few yrs ago). I had the best experience due to their staff; the tech’s demonstrated genuine empathy, compassion, & altruism. Also, I got very lucky to be surrounded by great people from all around the world, and I’ve kept those same positive connections. The groups held my attention and were informative. The facility is clean, comfortable, and well-organized. Wicked grateful!! <3
