Don’t go here. This place is truly terrifying. As a loved one of a patient, I have heard from the patient and other residents how truly awful their experiences have been. The food is terrible and they will give you below healthy portion sizes if you ask for healthier options. It took 5 days for the patient to see a psychiatrist. 4 days for a therapist to actually sit down and check in. There are 3-4 “clinical” groups a day that are not run by licensed professionals. Please, make sure your insurance covers this place before you go to it if you are not paying out of pocket. We paid upwards of $3000 out of a $4000 total 'copay' with my insurances 'approval,' yet I was sent home after 6 days due to insurance denying my stay. DO NOT TAKE FRAGILE PEOPLE IN WHOM YOU ARE UNSURE IF THEIR INSURANCE COVERS THEIR STAY, BEDROCK! I mean, really? Great facility! They made sure I was comfortable and had everything I need. The groups were very informing. The staff was super patient with me, I was in a bad place and honestly I was a difficult patient. A few staff members even went above and beyond their duties so I would like to mention them specifically. Chelsea and Stacey really took extra time helping me, and really looked out for me and care about helping me. Also Curtis really helped me, he was also patient and respectful even when I wasn’t.
