This property management, Bedrock Realty doesn’t manage rental properties at all. For example, tenants have EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE ISSUES they don’t respond or repair because they don’t contact you from leaving a voicemail message (the only way of contacting them, no one in office, and website portal doesn’t work).
Warning! ! ! Complete frauds and sketchy business practices by this company. I got hurt on a property they managed on rustic trail in Fayetteville, NC and they refused to help me at all. They claimed because I’m in the military and I have insurance I didn’t spent anything out of pocket. They also refused to send me an itemized receipt of how they spent my security deposit. Claiming work that could’ve been done for no more than 500 basically took my whole 1400. Both illegal actions but they bet on the fact you will not afford... read more
Great customer service!
I wish I could give zero stars. The people here are very rude. I only spoke with a guy and let me just say I don’t know if he was racist or maybe he was going through a lot this morning by far. The worst experience I could Ever experience. I was so ready to give these people my money. I’m so glad that I didn’t.
They are very on top of things if there is even a small maintenance issue. I thank them for being good Landlords
