Warning! ! ! Complete frauds and sketchy business practices by this company. I got hurt on a property they managed on rustic trail in Fayetteville, NC and they refused to help me at all. They claimed because I’m in the military and I have insurance I didn’t spent anything out of pocket. They also refused to send me an itemized receipt of how they spent my security deposit. Great customer service!
I wish I could give zero stars. The people here are very rude. I only spoke with a guy and let me just say I don’t know if he was racist or maybe he was going through a lot this morning by far. The worst experience I could Ever experience. I was so ready to give these people my money. I’m so glad that I didn’t.
They are very on top of things if there is even a small maintenance issue. I thank them for being good Landlords
I have an emergency with my house hold I’ve tried several times to contact somebody and there has been no answer on multiple occasions
