Robert did a great job with several different plumbing needs at our home in Minnetonka. Bedrock helped us get a comfort level with replacing our failing water heater with a tankless, we’d initially had some hesitation but it was a great decision! Jaden did a great job from start to finish. He updated our water entry (PRV, ball valve), installed an expansion tank, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He went above and beyond and also walked me through the Peace of Mind package (signed up on the spot and have our next visit already scheduled). Really happy with the whole experience — highly recommend!

I've chosen Bedrock for several home plumbing repair projects and I *Highly Recommend* them for a job well done, polite crews, and reasonable rates. Easy to communicate with via text, email and phone. Online scheduling was convenient and simple. Membership isn't required, but might pay for itself depending on your house. From sewer main repairs under foundations to faucets... Bedrock might be a little "rough around the edges" and look like "the B-squad", but they have all been Superb.

Prompt, courteous, and professional. Jaden explained the repair clearly, provided helpful information and advice, and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. The work was completed efficiently, and I felt confident in both the repair and the recommendations. I would definitely use this company again, and they will be my go-to plumber going forward. What a great experience! Starting with Zach in the office taking my call, to Jaden coming out and inspecting my main sewer line with a camera, the whole process was easy and professional with great communication. I got texts and emails for appointment notifications and when Jaden was on his way, followed up by a call from Jaden explaining what he found and how things can be taken care of if the need arises. I highly recommend Bedrock! What a great team and operation!
