We had Bedrock install a new water softner. Great experience. The plumber Jaden was very polite, knowledgeable and willing to listen and answer our questions. Cleaned up after himself so well you would’ve never known someone had just installed a water softener. Would recommend any of their services based off our experience!

Jaden did a great job from start to finish. He updated our water entry (PRV, ball valve), installed an expansion tank, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He went above and beyond and also walked me through the Peace of Mind package (signed up on the spot and have our next visit already scheduled). Really happy with the whole experience — highly recommend!

Drain issue resolved quicky at a reasonable price. Jaden was very professional, personable, and solved my plumbing issue quickly. He had the right equipment for the job and more importantly knew how to use it.
