I am extremely disappointed with the service of Bedrock Jewelers. I stopped by on Friday 3/17/2017 to get four rings re-sized, and I was told the will be ready the following week 3/24/2017. I stopped by on 3/24/2017 and I was told that they havent even started on my rings get. I stopped by on 3/30/2017 again and I was told that they had some equipment breakdown, and was told my items were not ready but would definitely be ready on Thursday 4/3/2017. Highly recommend this small, unique jewelry store. The best customer service ever! There isn't anything this knowledgable jeweler can't do. I've taken a number of problems there and he has been able to solve each one. I wouldn't go anywhere else! They recently lost their beloved dog who was always there. She will be missed the next time I go there.....and I will go there again! ~Cathie

We have been taking our jewelry and watch repairs to Brian for 5 years.He has always handled us with pure expertise and professinalism. If he has a repair he can't handle he knows other experts who can.
