I hate to write this review because the sales rep was so great but it needs to mentioned that the quality of my new home is just okay. We have owned this new home for just over a year and the problems continue to add up. Repeat issues with our HVAC (multiple visits) last winter that created significant humidity in the house that led to multiple issues included rusted out door hinges and defective seeling which has actually led to floor damage.
