i sold mobile in august of 2024 and have not recieved refund cheque for deposit
Their office is behind a gate and it's locked you have to have a code o get in and the property manger is only there on weds and Fridays but I closes before the time that's posted. And forget about an application. It is all on line and you have to have a computer. This is what they don't tell .
A very quiet mobile home park for the elderly with very friendly people and very clean and tidy. I only see a problem with the garbage, it does not have enough containers to dispose of the garbage and that is a problem for the community in general.
