I have never dealt with a more unprofessional and inconsistent HOA than this one. The community manager, April Pitarra, acts as if she owns my home and pays my mortgage, dictating arbitrary rules that are not enforced for other residents. I submitted a request regarding my garage, only to be met with dismissive and condescending responses. CALLED THE COPS ON A HOMEOWNER AFTER THE HOMEOWNER WAS BURGLARIZED FOR PHYSICALLY SHOWING UP ON SIGHT TO REQUEST RECORDS. REFUSE TO CALL MEETINGS OR PRODUCE DOCUMENTS. REBAR AND DAMAGED CONCRETE EVERYWHERE. LAWNS IN TERRIBLE CONDITION ZERO CHECKS AND BALANCES ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY AND WILL LITERALLY JUST HANG UP WHEN CONFRONTED. WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. NOT SAFE TO BE IN A COMMUNITY OVERSEEN BY BEDROCK.

Between 2016-2021, the Bedrock Association Management were great and would answer the phones and be a wonderful resource to the communities they manage, but from 2022 onward, their management has gone downhill. It’s like chasing down a mountain lion. It’s difficult to get a hold of anyone in the offices now and when I see their vehicles in my subdivision and wave them down to ask questions about the neighborhood, the representative sees me, ignores me, and immediately gets in their vehicle and drives away.

I'll been with this Management's Association Company Bedrock for over a year now and I have been pleased with the work that they have done for Eaglewood Community. This company has a great open communication with their clients the owner and his staff are very professional and friendly service. Thank you Bedrock Management's Association for being a good company for Eaglewood Community .
