Jarvis was incredible, knowledgeable and very helpful. He gave us a great deal and made sure we left totally satisfied with our purchase.
The mattress we bought was terrible to sleep on. We exchanged it for another and within 2 months each side of the bed has sink holes and a large lump in the middle and I don’t even weight 100lbs. They said it was a factory problem but they said will make it good and it never happen. We paid a lot of money for this mattress and now it needs to be trashed. Called to see why they never called us back and they r closed for good.
