False advertisement
We ordered the same mattress from 2 other companies. First one strung us along for months cancelling delivery date every two weeks saying it was a special order (CalKing) so they take awhile. Second one told us it would be roughly 6months. Bedplanet got it to our door in 4 weeks. I called customer service one time and was helped by the nicest agent. I have nothing bad to say about our entire experience with this order.
Please do NOT waste people's time with your misleading ad GFYM !!
In these days, when service is something rarely seen, and when almost nothing is what you expect it to be, my experience with Bed Planet is a shining star in the darkness. Great pricing, great product, great communication, great delivery. Every bit of this transaction, including our warranty replacement under the Sealy comfort guarantee went as smooth as silk.
