Romie is a rockstar! Everything about buying a bed here was so easy. All our questions were answered, some before we could ask. We tried out a ton of mattresses and Romie was so patient and helpful

Went to Kaneohe Bedmart to look for a new Bed. We had the pleasure of working with Romie who gave us a great bed shopping experience. He wasn't just trying to make a sale. He took his time, had patience. He gave us recommendations and allowed us to lay on any bed we wanted to try for however long we needed to allow us to listen to our body to make the right decision. We had such a wonderful time with Darby! He is very helpful and passionate about helping and assisting people on what bed is best for each individual! He was very honest about everything and not trying to sell just to sell but to help. He was very kind and friendly and it was so wonderful talking to him about beds and also about life! Mahalo Mr. Darby! Also, their beds were so comfortable!

We thought all the reviews naming Romie were excessive before we showed up. But then we experienced firsthand his outstanding professionalism, knowledge, and customer service. He really is that great and was so helpful without being pushy.
