Tom was very helpful and sold us a wonderful bed. 1 year update: The mattress we purchased (Smartmatch Red) was extremely comfortable when we purchased it a year ago, but it has not broken in well. The areas we sleep in have sunken in, but the middle of the bed and the extremities have remained firmer/higher. We have tried to spin the bed and sleep in the middle to make a more uniform flat surface, but to no avail.
