I will think of James Crews every night before I go to bed and when I wake up in the morning. He’s that memorable and he was so helpful and easy going. He exuded honesty and integrity. James had ephemeral knowledge not only for our new mattress but bed-frame, pillows, and everything in the store. We specifically came back to his location twice and we live right by two other store in Portland. Worth it to drive to Tigard to see James.
