I’m posting this as a long-time Parklane customer (I’ve owned 3 Parklane mattresses before BedMart bought them out) who is extremely disappointed in both the quality of the products and the service I received. For reference, I’m 140 lbs, so mattress sagging should not be an issue. The first bed I purchased from BedMart (a $4,000 Kingsdown) developed a massive 1-inch indent within 3 months.
