Richard walked us through the profile creation process which helped identify what mattresses to try. Then he helped us understand the process and what we should look for based on the results. We appreciated the time he took with us and with the other customers in the store.
Needed a bed for my elderly father with mobility and back issues. Richard found the perfect set-up for my dad. Not only was he incredibly helpful but good humored as well. This is the third time we've bought beds from BedMart over the years and will continue to do so.

I’ve purchased at least three mattresses over the years and have worked with plenty of nice sales associates, but Richard was by far the best. In the past, I would simply lie on a few mattresses for a minute or two and choose whichever felt the most comfortable. Richard completely changed the way I approached the process.
