Jeremy was such a great help! He was friendly, informative and was just the best. Helped me get two new adjustable beds for my senior parents and had fantastic advice to help the process be as smooth as possible. Then when their move fell apart, he absolutely went above and beyond to help us return the unused beds for store credit. Great customer service and great quality mattresses !!
Richard was super helpful in guiding us to the right mattress for our needs and our best sleep. No rush, no gimmicks, no forced sales techniques. We spent 90 mins testing and narrowing down our final selection, and left for the evening. Again, no pressure. We returned to see him the next day and he honored all the pricing we discussed and provided reasonable discounts.
Richard was really great. He was not pushy, yet very informative. We really enjoyed talking to him and working with him! We are thrilled with our new mattess!!
