Mike was a friendly, helpful guy. He supported me trying a bunch of models and pointed out the different features. I felt more confident picking out a mattress with his help than I would have looking at the options alone or buying one online. Swell guy.
I had a wonderful experience. I almost didn’t come in because I had tried two other places and already had my mind set on something. After having some failed online delivery experiences, I decided to be old school and go to a mattress store. So glad I did. Tony was awesome and it's so good to talk to a calm no pressure sales person as opposed to staring at a screen. The prices were not that much higher than online delivery beds and I got a really good deal in the end of the year sale. Don't think I'll ever get a bed delivered from an online company again.
Tony at Bedmart helped me find the perfect mattress! He is knowledgeable and so helpful. He even was able to arrange a next day delivery! The store is clean and attractive with lots of beds to test out. I like it that BedMart is an Oregon company. I would encourage folks who are looking for a mattress to definitely check out BedMart!
My spouse and I bought a full size bed on 12/1/24. Keith was our salesman and he is very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Keith has a lot of experience selling mattresses and answered all our questions. We purchased the mattress that Keith showed us based on our price range and we were very pleased with the whole experience.
