Jim gave us the best service make the experience seemless.
JIM was an amazing help and let me come to my own decisions without any pressure. I came in wanting to try a particular Temper-Pedic model, which I did, but ended up liking a different model better. After I ordered it and the base, upon returning home and doing some measuring I should have done prior to going in, I wanted to change the base. Jim made that happen. He didn’t try to show me a bunch of products I wasn’t interested in or upsell me on anything. The whole experience was great.
Found what I wanted quickly. Closing the purchase took almost 20 minutes. Please fix your terminals so we can pay and get out of the store.

I talked to Tony today because I wanted to see if my warranty was still good because my adjustable bed frame wasn't working. Unfortunately it was out of warranty and I hadn't purchased an extended warranty so only parts were covered. Tony said that he would help me get.a claim started for a repair but in the meantime I should try unplugging the frame for 10 seconds and pressing two of the buttons on the remote at the same time for 30 seconds after plugging it back in.
