I have seen Dr. Bedine about eight times now. He always pays close attention to my concerns, and my questions are always answered. He is extremely knowledgeable and yet has a friendly manner about him. The staff are also friendly, welcoming, and they were happy to accommodate a change in my schedule. The nursing staff at Dr. Bedine's endoscopy suite is similarly friendly, and they strive to make the whole process as relaxed as possible. Was this gastroenterologist's staff friendly? Yes Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Mostly, I was still a little nervous Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this gastroenterologist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Yes, it was convenient Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary

Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Was this gastroenterologist friendly? Extremely Friendly Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
