The inconsideration is enough for me! I called to schedule an appointment and they told me that I could come in before 5:30p I told her that I was an hour away and she said fine she'll let the lady know. That put me at arriving about 5:05p. I told her that and she said yes we close at 5:30p, so I proceeded to come after the hour drive, I arrived near the location at 5:10 p.m. and was so that they weren't able to show me anything because they were cleaning up and closing.
