RecommendedWe had to put our special Ben Helton down, hardest day ever! Dr. Waeltz and the staff were very kind and caring. You could feel that they understood how hard it was. We got Ben’s ashes back quickly and they made us a memory paw of Ben’s paw. We will treasure it forever. We were going to spread his ashes around our farm where he was raised, but I think we have decided we would rather take him with us to Florida. Thanks to Bedford Vet. for their fantastic care of our baby!

Recently had to have my beloved mia put to sleep. The staff were amazing! And went above and beyond in my opinion! They were kind and patient:) and sent me a sympathy card signed by all in the mail ! Thanks for helping me through a very difficult time and situation!:)
I can't say enough good things about the service and the staff. They make you feel like family, they know your name and your pets name. The little things make all the difference. For example, just today, when I had to cancel a Kennel appointment because my mother is ill. The genuine concern and sympathy I received while explaining the situation was just amazing! Its a great clinic, with great service and most importantly, Great people!
