They are easy to work with and restored my favorite purse!
I have used them a few times to alter dresses and it was quick! This time was amazing. They were closing for the holiday and I forgot to pick up my dress the day before they closed. I'm going to a wedding out of the country and needed the dress. They called and said they would wait for me to pick my dress up (way after hours). Customer service was great and I appreciate that because I would've been in a bind.
I have used this for both shoe repairs and multiple tailoring projects as well as some upholstery repairs.
