So far so good. The staff is very friendly. The storage units themselves are not brand new and could probably use some updating, but the location does seem secure. I like that they have a price lock in place where you pay the same monthly fee as long as you have the unit.
No longer a Mom & Pop business. Sold to corporate douchebags in Nov 2022.
Nice people, clean facility I would be happy to use them again
Over the years I have always had positive experiences with Store It Now and Facilty Manager Donna. From helping my elderly parents to helping me when my father passed, Donna has been great through it all. She has clear policies, explains them well and even remembers me when I come in after months. I would recommend 110%!
