Not surprised to see the 1 star rating. Jack M Cohen is a very shady and unprofessional business man. He will take any money he can from you to line his own pockets. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
They are renovicting long tern tenants and causing distress and anxiety to the entire area. AVOID!
Mark dude sucks, was looking to rent here but with all the reviews showing how thid Mark owner really is I rather rent a ttc subway cart and live there
