My experience with the service department was great. After being quoted a price over the phone for tuning up my snowblower, I brought it in for service. When I picked the snowblower up, the price on the invoice was roughly $10 more than quoted, which I simply chalked up to random parts needed, etc., and was ready to pay. However, the service manager looked at the invoice and told me I was charged too much, to which I remarked I had been quoted a lower price over the phone.
