I scheduled an appointment for my annual exam and quarterly cleaning. Unfortunately, I left without receiving the cleaning because the doctor insisted on a 'deep cleaning' that cost over $2300, with $738 out of pocket. Despite my request for the standard cleaning covered by my insurance, which I've always received, they refused. It felt like they were trying to pressure me into accepting their costly option. My hygienist Monique was AMAZING. She was very thorough and gentle during my deep clean. I am terrified of the dentist and everyone made me feel at ease and comfortable. I forgot the doctors name who helped me but he was very efficient, fast and gentle as well. Overall, great experience and I will be back!
