My roomate and I lived here for the last year and the bathroom was moldy the entire time. After putting it multiple maintenance request the maintenance once told us the mold was “fake”. When it comes to the time for the deposit we see a charge for the mold. I do not recommend living in this apartment complex.
We had mold the whole time we lived here and put in multiple request. They never fixed it. When we moved out, we cleaned everything. We didn’t get our full deposit back because they said they had to clean the mold, which how is that coming out of our deposit. The maintenance man came and looked at the mold and said it was as fake mold, what is fake mold.

SoFay Lofts is a great place to live. They are very helpful and friendly. When I needed to downsize they helped me with a new place and have been very easy to deal with and offered a lot of help!!
