We spent 2.5 years in an apt under Navarino’s management. Some issues we encountered include: not having an HVAC filter for 1.5 years during a pandemic, not having parking spots while paying monthly for parking, continuous harassment from other residents, maintenance unavailable for people who work or not available at all, being told management had to deal with issues with other residents, not the residents themselves, and drug use and needles outside back door leading to tenant parking. Disappointed in the leasing team’s lack of call backs and follow ups.
If you have an issue, it's fixed the next day. Tenants are responsible and trustworthy. Amazing location and free shuttle to train.
I rented at Bedford Hall for over 1 year and hated to leave. It's a clean, comfortable and well run building with a nice mix of tenants. The Leasing Manager, Dan Penda, was incredibly helpful with all of my needs both when I moved in and moved out. The location is perfect. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and several movie theaters. There is also a free shuttle morning and evenings to the train station during the week, although I could walk there in ~ 20 minutes. Great amenities and service. I highly recommend it!
Class act at this community. First off, one couldn’t ask for a better location. Central to downtown businesses, great restaurants, and the train station! Secondly Dan, Miguel, and Jose have been GREAT to work with. We met Dan back in May while shopping for a place. He was efficient and easy to work with, securing our apartment the same day after we fell in love with the place!
