URGENT... not so urgent when it comes to the needs of the patient. I am surprised at the lack of professionalism and courtesy that I experienced when dealing with this office. I have dealt with many physicians offices over the years and I can never recall being treated disrespectful. This office is definitely an exception to the fact. They actually try to see you and take care of you unlike some of the other places in Bedford.
If you are looking for a family doctor this is a great place. You receive GREAT care from a very caring Staff. This is a walk in place as well as appointments, and sometimes you may have to wait for a little bit, but the wait is worth the service you receive from the staff here. They genuinely care, and they listen and are extremely kind.
