Dr. Song is a nice enough doctor, but her office staff is awful. They called us and said we had not been to the office in a year so we had to come in and could not do a virtual visit. We were not notified that they moved offices and we were 10 minutes late from driving from one office to the other. My mom is wheelchair bound with dementia. It takes 5 minutes to just get her out of the car. When we walked in 10 minutes after the start of our appointment the office manager's exact response was "too bad".
