Lsst week was my first time going to Dr Durbin's new location. Nice office.
The doctors are very helpful and attentive however the front office staff is not. I had an issue where I needed a medical pre-auth for a medication I had been on for a while. I called in to make sure they got the request from the pharmacy and rather than processing the request I was income ai needed to come in every 2 months and wasn't scheduled until October. This is despite me being in last month (August) for a full physical. So if getting your medication in a timely manner is important I would find another provider. Since... read more
