I have had a horrible experience with this builder, and as a first-time home buyer/ builder, this has left me very upset. I have only been in my home 3 months and there are already significant issues with the quality of construction, and a serious safety hazard that has not be resolved since October. Very nice community. The homes are spacious and well designed. The community has side walks and is well lighted.
Mashella Hampton is the most amazing sales agent in the universe! This Lady is beyond great when it comes to representing century communities. When we first talked it was a instant connection because she was so beautiful, courteous and thoughtful.
