I must begin with saying I have never submitted a negative review on google. I strive to see the best in things, particularly in businesses who service the people as I never want to hurt smaller businesses. However, this was an unforhamable experience. We lived under Bedford Management for a year, and it was a year too long. We had constant flooding, ruining almost everything on the ground floor multiple times.
