Yuda Rosenblum is charging potential tenants 2 months brokers fee to move into an apartment at 282 Crown Street. With first and last, this would cost a tenant $7,800. I am astounded by his greed.

I met Yuda at a showing as I had 3 days until my lease was up. I was desperate for someone to rent me anything (that would be safe enough for a young woman to live alone in) and there was a line outside with his following appointments. I walked around the neighborhood after my time, and, when I returned, the line had finished. I ran up to him and asked how I could, not only be at the top of the list, but be able to move in by the weekend.
