My apartment there was very clean, spacious and not once did I find 'bed-bugs/roaches'. Every town/city has rough/good areas, or people. That goes for condo/apartment living as well. My experience living there was accommodating. Carol the building manager, was most helpful when I required assistance with anything. Not only friendly, but professional at all times. Pests like cockroachs, sewer flies, ants, and mysterious beetles. Management refuses to repair ANYTHING, blames Tennant's for things that have broken in the building nowhere near Tennant's. We were out of hot water for 7 days straight with no updates, only 1/2 the building has security cameras and 1/6 of them actually works. Recurring vehicle break ins, parking lot and landscaping is non existent and not taken care of (management refuses to invest in parking spot painting, or hiring lawn care. ). I am sharing my experience to live over there.. before you reach end just say "not good place for living ". I took over lease from another tenant and live there 7 months..i moved on 28th day of march( other tenant have also paid rent but not living there and give me permission to live there ) and they charged me for whole month parking.
