Really bad experience
Exceptional Care - Highly Recommend! This is my second pregnancy, and I truly couldn't be happier with the care I've received at this practice. Dr. Barber is my OBGYN, and there simply aren't enough words to describe how amazing she is - compassionate, knowledgeable, and always attentive. Really disappointed in this office. The larger they get the less customer service they are able and capable of providing. This office scheduled me for an 850 doctors appointment as I was told it was urgent I was seen. I let them know. I would be running about 10 minutes late from school drop off. I showed up exactly 10 minutes late and they refused to see me. They've gotten so big that their left hand can't talk to their right hand. I do not recommend Bedford Commons. While my experience with Dr. Henneberry was positive, the care I received from the other doctor handling my missed miscarriage and D&C was truly awful. They failed to run the tests they said they would, and I had to personally call pathology at Elliott Hospital to see if anything could be done—only to find out it was already past the 72-hour window for a karyotype. I had the most unpleasant experience at this OB-GYN office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was rude and unprofessional. The receptionist barely acknowledged me and acted annoyed when I had questions about my appointment. I was already feeling anxious, and their attitude only made things worse. I will not be returning and do not recommend this office to anyone. There are many other providers out there who value their patients and treat them with kindness and respect.
